Mr. Thompson has been at Advance Schools since the 2021-2022 school year as our PK-12 Assistant Principal. He was promoted in 2025-2026 to the Elementary Principal.

Mr. Hamlin has served Advance Schools for 25 years. He began as an educator, became part of our coaching staff, and eventually became the Elementary Principal. In 2021, he was named our PK-12 Principal. In the 2025-2026 school year, James was promoted to Superintendent of Advance Schools.

Mr. Roberts has been in education for over 20 years. Andy joined Advance Schools in the 2025-2026 school year as the High School Principal.
