JH Volleyball travels to Woodland today for the SCAA Tournament semifinals. Our match against Bell City begins at 4:00pm. Schedule is below. This tournament will also be streamed on Woodland R-IV School District You Tube page also.

Advance Schools will be dismissing early at 1:30 pm due to impending weather. This will allow our buses and students to get home prior to the arrival of the predicted storms.
The Advance FEMA building will be open for any residents who would like to take shelter from the storms.
All after school activities are canceled for today. Any makeups will be announced at a later date.

Congratulations AHS FFA students Jacey Jahr and Addy Dailey. Jacey placed 1st in FFA District Horse Judging, and Addy placed 7th in FFA District Horse Judging, out of 70 participants. Way to go!

Advance Parents and Guardians:
We are aware of the incoming weather today and will take appropriate precautions to ensure the safety of all staff and students. We do have a FEMA tornado safe room on campus that we use in case of tornado warnings and in severe storms with high potential of tornados.
There is a possibility that the timing of this system will force us to delay dismissal time depending on current weather conditions. The safety of our students and staff will be the primary factor in determining this.
We will communicate any changes in dismissal through our normal channels: Facebook, push notifications to our app, and Remind text messages.
