Please see the information below regarding the Missouri Close the Gap Grant for parents. This is coordinated through the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education not Advance Schools.
The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is excited to announce the new Close the Gap Grant program. This is a one-time grant for parents to use for allowable education expenses for their K-12 public school district and charter school student(s). DESE is working with a vendor, Odyssey, to administer this program.
Applications will be open from September 20 - October 25, 2023. After applications have been submitted, they are reviewed for eligibility criteria. If approved, the grant funds will be available in a parent’s Odyssey account. The allocated amount is eligible to be used for allowable educational services and products within the Odyssey Marketplace. https://missouri.withodyssey.com/

How can you support Phonemic Awareness at Home?
